Copyright and takedown requests
CineLink respects intellectual-property rights and will review clear, good-faith reports concerning catalogue pages or third-party routes shown on the service.
How to submit a report
Send your request to support@sgalerts.com with the subject “CineLink Copyright Report”.
- Identify the copyrighted work or other protected material.
- Provide the exact CineLink page URL and identify the material or route at issue.
- Explain your relationship to the rights holder and why you believe the use is unauthorised.
- Include your full name, organisation (if applicable), email address and a reliable way to contact you.
- Include a good-faith statement that the information supplied is accurate.
What happens next
We may ask for additional information to verify and locate the material. Where appropriate, CineLink may remove or disable the relevant catalogue entry or route while the matter is reviewed.
If the report concerns material hosted by an independent provider, you may also need to contact that provider directly.
